Becca and a nice day at Rio Del Mar.

Can a person have too many images of their own kid?! It was nice and warm today so my favorite subject and I took a short field trip to Rio Del Mar beach in Aptos. Consisting of plenty of running, drawing circles in the sand, and posing like a heisman trophy (3rd from the bottom), it was a good day!

the zoo

My parents came down for a couple days last month so we took Becca to the zoo. Many exhibits were closed and I am always sad to see these majestic animals locked up. So, here are the few images I really enjoy. Perhaps because no animals were injured in the making of these images.

Beatiful flowers

We have the most beautiful calla lilies behind our new place! I finally got a break in the rain a few days ago to actually take some pictures of them! I can't look at these without thinking of Georgia O'Keefe. What an artist I am. :) I am not sure what the orange/red ones are but they are very interesting as well.
